Your secrets are safe with us

Some of the biggest names in the food business trust us with the secrets of their success. We repay that trust by doing everything we can to ensure proprietary information remains completely confidential. Everyone at OSI is 100% committed to protecting our customers' trade secrets.

Plant Access

Access to our plants and production facilities is carefully monitored. No unauthorized personnel are allowed in a plant when a proprietary product is on the line. Customers are always welcome to view their own production, but don't have access to any other production lines or facilities. No plant tours are scheduled when a proprietary product is being produced.

Document Security

Customer information files are strictly maintained in separate filing systems under lock and key. Only OSI team members assigned to that customer project have access to the files.

Project Leaders

Every customer has a research and development team member assigned to make sure confidentiality is maintained continuously during the entire product development and product enhancement processes.

Employee Agreement

As a condition of employment, every OSI team member signs an Employee Agreement pledging to protect our customers' trade secrets.
